Lt Myles was sitting at his desk, a headache forming as he sat. On his plate he had SCIF issues, reports. As well as drill schedules. It was little overwhelming for an officer who hadn't pulled space duty for a little while. Remembering something about caffeine helping he ordered a coffee, hoping that'd at least dull it down.

It seemed to work. Although he could hear his mothers voice nagging him to see a doctor. Which of course reminded him that he hadn't had his physical yet.

He left immediately, heading for the nearest lift. "Deck five." he ordered. A short walk later he found himself standing in sickbay. "Doctor?" he called out.

Richard had just been handed a PaDD from a nurse as he heard the voice and looked up offering the newcomer a smile, "Lieutenant what can I do for you?"

"Well, I don't know if it's work or what." he began. "But my head had been hurting recently. At first I thought it was just overwork but now I'm not so sure." Larim said. "Plus I believe I'm overdue for my physical. remembering to smile as well.

Richard grinned broadly, "you are, I had decided to page you tomorrow if you didn't come yourself." He furrowed his brow as he reached for the tricorder, "headaches, we better have a look at that. The physician pointed him towards a biobed, "let's get you looked over."

Larim nodded as he moved towards the indicated biobed. He hopped up, sitting on the edge.

"Have you had problems with headackes before," Richard asked as he retrieved his tricorder from his belt and began his examination, "is there something particular about your new work environment that is different from your last one?"

"Well, sort of." Larim explained. "I haven't served aboard a ship for some time. My life recently has been planetside. Stationed at the Academy." he explained. "Mostly teaching basic stuff."

"So this may be a reaction to your new environment," Richard sand with a nod, "you may just be having a little adjusting to do."I can give you some Hydrocortilene for now and see if you continue to have any problems?"

"Sounds good to me." Larim said

The physician smiled at the man and reached over to a drawer and took out a hypospray , "alright Lieutenant one appropriate dose of Hydrocotilene coming up." He held the device in his hand and reached over nonchalantly and pressed it against the man's shoulder, "there, if you have further problems please let me know."

"Thank you." Larim said, smiling.

"Anything other concerns you have Lieutenant," Richard asked?"

"I think that about covers it." Larim said

"Just let me know if you have any other symptoms," Richard said, "and take your work just a bit less seriously."

"I'll certainly try my best in that regard, Doctor." Larim smiled. "Maybe factor in some R and R time once in a while?"

"Wouldn't hurt," the physician replied with a broad smile, "I know I need it every once in a while myself."

Larim smiled.

"Just don't let things all fall apart at work or your personal life," Richard said with a chuckle, "but check back with me if you have any more issues."

Larim chuckled as well. "I will." he smiled. "Hopefully next time we see each other, it's social." He said.
