As I read through some of the posts, in particular the ones involving the state of the ship he seems to stand out. Professionally distant and yet still caring about what happens. Spencer always seems to be pushing the plot from the background, and that is something that is extremely admirable.

It has been beyond wonderful to have you a part of this community. It has been a joy to see you acclimate to the Pioneer and add your own flair to this community.
