The Cure is requested to perform a Red Team mission. This is when they are tasked with testing Starfleet Security. Their mission is to break into the Starfleet Museum and steal the famed ship USS Voyager NCC-74756. If they are successful this would reveal a major flaw in Starfleet Security.
