A reason for the nomination must be submitted in writing. Evaluation and awarding of this award is decided by the rest of the command team, save for the CO.

For the time I have been a part of the USS Pioneer, I have seen a great passion and love for his ship and his crew. Captain Tyler Malbrooke is someone I can call a friend, and when we speak of the USS Pioneer his voice virtually glows as to how much he is invested in the sim. Thank you, it has been a great honor to be on this ship with you. -Merrick |
