Given to a person who has truly put forth an indisputable amount of extra effort.
This refers primarily to out of character circumstances. Recruiting, pulling the crew together, posting, helping to fill in the "gaps", and helping maintain their ship's website are just a few of the things that could count toward this award. Truly, this is one award to cherish when received. Sample posts are not required, but a detailed description of the events for which the award is being sought for is.

Ever ready with ideas or to help shape the randomness that comes out of my head. He has already made it farther than any other XO, I seem to burn through them and yet Tremble is still here. It is said that behind every good Captain is a better Executive Officer. Lord knows that is true with the Pioneer. One fourth of this command team and I would not have it any other way. Captain Tyler Malbrooke, is a constant professional. And always recruiting for him. And keeping in contact with his crew. His leadership and commitment, is the main reason his sim is striving. Captain Malbrooke is very active on his discord, and talking to his crew. Taking input, and incorporating ideas, as they fit. He is flexible and willing to assist anyone under his command. |
