Location: USS Pioneer
Timeline: MD001 1400 hrs

Last Time On New Time, New You

T'San nodded again. "You do understand I have to inform the captain, but I believe you. Come with me to the bridge. We will sort this out. That is all I can say for now."

"Fair enough." Larim said. He turned to Jenn. "Remind me to trust your instincts more often."

Jenn smiled. "My instincts haven't failed me yet."

And Now The Continuation...

May 28 2394 1400 hrs (relative time)

The turbolift doors opened onto the bridge of the pioneer. Some of the consoles were advanced but it was still semi familiar. Some differences, like certain personnel. A different helmsman. And a Trill CO. One which Larim knew well. In his timeline of course.

Out of habit he assumed his post and waited for events to unfold.

T'San walked on to the bridge with Jennifer in tow. She watched as Larim took his station. She didn't say anything of it. She walked to the captain and sat down next him. "Captain?" She motioned for him to move over. "We have a situation with Lieutenant Myles and Lieutenant Frasier. We would like a moment in private." She whispered.

Jennifer kept standing near the turbo lift. She never been on the bridge. But she would imagine her alternate self would come her all the time. She looked around a bit uncomfortable.

Captain Bers perked up. He had no reason to discount antyhing T'San had to say. On one hand he had the "Vulcans cannot lie" thing.

And of course T'San and him were shipmates from way back. "Of course, T'San." He said. He turned to his XO. "You have the bridge. Lieutenants, Doctor." He said as he motioned them to the observation lounge.

After everyone was seated Bervag spoke up

"Ok. What's going on?"

Jennifer sat down next to Larim. "Well, Lieutenant Myles and I are...well not the ones you know. I am not sure what happened. Cause I had just left after 11 where I was on an active investigation and something happened. Lieutenant Myles was on the bridge, I am sure her can shed some light on this. All I remember after that was waking up, or rather woken up by Daisy Dee. My guess is my alternate counterpart's daughter."

"That's a Pretty name." Larim said. He turned to Bervag. "Long stor short. The Pioneer wwas basically on a rescue mission. A Cardassian station was in trouble. However as soon as we arrived we started to get 'screwy readings."

"Then the ship was rocked by an intense chroniton wave where I was tossed against the bulkhead. I woke up in my quarters.".

Bervag blinked. "Well..that's interesting. And It's not that I don't believe you. I trust you with my life." Bervag began. "Doctor. Did you scan them for any traces?" the Trill said. "But I do you from the academy that you wouldn't make something like that up."

T'San put her tricorder on the table. "Ofcourse I did. I found trace amounts of chroniton particles. Also, my scans do show differences from our Jennifer and Larim. Aside from the obvious differences with mrs Frasier and Jennifer here. Somehow Lieutenant Myles here seems to be pretty much the same. But scans can uncover the truth beneath."

"I have no idea what the name of the child is. And I don't know if I want to know." Said Jennifer.

"Her name is Daisy," T'San said. "And Lieutenant Frasier also has a son named Richard, he is nine months old now."

Jenn looked a bit weirded out at T'San. She was wondering why she told her that. Then she just said, "Wow, so Jonathan was hiding another baby there somewhere, I didn't see it." She shrugged, "Anyhow, aside from all the pleasantries, we need to find a way to get back to our own Pioneer. Will you help us?"

"Of course!" Bervag replied. He nodded to both."I'll have science get right on that. In the meantime." He cleared his throat. "However." He continued. "Please consider yourselves part of our crew. T'San and I have been through our share of weird. Isn't that right?" He grinned. "Does that sound agreeable?"

T'San nodded. "That is right, sir. My main concern is how we explain this to the rest of the crew. But more importantly to Jennifer's children. To them this Jennifer is their mother. It would be hard to convince them otherwise."

Jenn sighed. "I'll try my best not to disturb their structure." She said. "But don't expect me to sleep in the same bed with Jonathan." She then leaned forward. "Meanwhile I like to help in anyway I can in finding a way back. What about you, Lieutenant?" She looked to Larim.

"Naturally." Larim said. He rubbed his temples.

Jenn blinked. "Eh, sir, are you also having a 5 year old from your nightmares?"

"I scanned the room, mentally. You could say he or she's on the way." he halfheartedly grinned. "My Lax definitely isnt carrying anything but an engineering kit."

"Fair enough," Jenn said. "I think we should start with our scans." She wasn't looking forward to go home yet. She didn't know these children. So she had no idea how she was suppose to act.

"Logical." Larim said. He was pleased as punch that he beat the Vulcan to it.

T'San raised an eyebrow. She then handed the tricorder to Larim. "These are all the scans I made. To have a full range, I may have to do a full body scan."
