Richard took in a deep breath as he walked down the corridor towards the security department. He held a PaDD, a red one, in his grasp. Red was not a typical color for him to use to mark his devices but this seemed urgent and the fact that the message was, well, kept secret, only made the mystery that much greater.

Arriving at a set of double doors which match what he expected he reached up and lightly brushed his fingers against the Braille lettering that indicated he was indeed at the entrance to the Security department. He pressed his lips together for a moment and then stepped close enough to activate the doorway.

He walked into the department just a little and in a hesitated a moment hoping to find a familiar face to talk to.

Larim walked out of his office for a quick second and saw the CMO walk in. He had to admit to a certain amount if curiosity as to why. "Good afternoon, Doctor." he said, a smile forming at his lips. "What brings you to security?"

Richard glanced over at the man, his pale eyes studying him for a moment before he nodded, Lieutenant can I see you in you office a minuite? I have a message I'd like your assistance with."

"Certainly." Larim said. "Anything you need."

"Thank you Lieutenant," Richard said looking visibly relieved the man was willing to assist. He glanced down at the PaDD and then back up at the man, "hopefully this is nothing." The CMO looked around for the office with his eyes when the man didn't seem to move.

"Take a seat?" Larim said.

Richard sat as he extended the PaDD towards the Security officer, "the message is from Lei'hallah Ve'hassi, the Azzian Abmassador to the Federation." He took in a deep breath as he continued, "it's in some sort of code I'm afraid and I do not know how to decipher it."

Larim scratched his chin. Cryptology wasn't his thing but hed give it a shot. "Can you tell me anything about the Ambassador? Might make it easier somewhat."

"Certainly," Richard replied with a smile, "I'm bonded to her for one." He smiled Lei'halla is a member of the Azzian Imperial family and she's never sent me an encrypted message before." He drew in a breath a continued, "what concerns me is that someone else might have sent the message. I've been targeted by a hate group before."

Larim nodded. He kept that I n mind as he looked over the padd. "And is this similar to how they got to you before?"

The CMO drew in a deep breath and nodded, "they sent me a message written in latin." He shook his head, "The HGP thought they were cute, you see I couldn't read even common at the time."

Larim nodded. He instructed the computer to bring up any reports that might be on file. And also the Azzian language. I understand." he said

"I appreciate it," the physician said with a nod, "to be honest I don't believe she sent the message." He took in a deep breath and leaned back in his seat as he watched the other man work.

After a few minutes Larim looked up. "Doctor. I believe I've got it. Its a message from people calling themselves the "HGP" Does that mean anything to you?" he asked

"unfortunately yes," Richard replied as he responded with a sigh. He tilted his head slightly and pressed his lips together before adding, "Humans for Genetic Purity." Taking in a deep breath the physician added, "their a hate group station on earth."

"Well, it says. And I'm quoting here. "Ballston. We know your on the Pioneer. Hope their security is up to snuff, because we are coming." Larim said.

The color drained form his face as he heard the words, "then I suggest we take them seriously." Richard nodded, "the Attacked the Elysium from the inside while I was there, killed a number of people."

"Wow." Larim said. "Well, rest assured I'll do all I can to keep them at bay as far as the Pioneer is concerned."

"But I am not the only one of concern now," Richard stated sullenly, "I am bonded to three women and have a daughter on ImpoK Nor they could target."

"I understand. My own wife is there too. I certainly forward the message to the security there." Larim offered. "In the meantime, would you like one of my guys?"

"One of your guys," Richard quesitoned?" He tilted his head, "you mean like a body guard or something?"

"Just a combination of training kicking in and offering to help." Larim said

Richard chuckled, "well if you think that I need it then sure." He shook his head as he gazed at the security officer, "these guys just don't want to give up the idea that I'm not a genetically altered human."

Larim nodded. "All I see is a Starfleet officer." He smiled. "And like my old instructor, Commander Sissique said. "Betterr to have it and not need it than need it and not have it." Larim said.

The physician smiled and nodded, "if only more of us saw each other that way."

"Universe would be a better place for sure." Larim nodded
