I'm nominating the Package Acquired post, a small misunderstanding led to a blow-up which basically turned the mission on its ear and, in my opinion, made it a lot of fun to read.

Since coming aboard Paul has been a fantastic addition to this ship and it's community. Never hesitant to add to the "Love Boat" story-lines, I look forward to reading what antics he will get into next. Thanks for being a part of this community.

In the short year that he has been here Paul has made an impact into the storyline. In particular he adds to the mosaic of below decks. Writers who write characters that are not always on the bridge add life to the ship. They help paint a picture of what goes on aboard a Starship and in doing so make it more realistic. I would like to thank Paul Michael for being a part of this sim and for adding to that story. Thanks for the great year in this community and here is to many more.

Lieutenant Michael has taken a vested interest in the sim over the past mission. Not only adding to the main plot line in a considerable way, but adding his own unique spin on a side plot. I have enjoyed reading these additions, and watching the Lieutenant begin to grow. I look forward to seeing where the character goes from here. Keep up the good work.

Paul really stepped up this mission. He introduced an idea that has become an underlying plot for an entire race. This is something that I as a GM will always appreciate. Great work and I look forward to seeing what you have in store for us next.

Awarded for his expert piloting demonstrations in the posts titled "Bridging The Gap Parts I, II, and III" Landing safely with no engines is definitely worthy of this award.
Character of the Month Character of the Month
Awarded Tue Sep 13th, 2022 @ 6:04am
Nominated by Commodore Tyler Malbrooke
For the month of August we would like to give Paul Michael Character of the Month. He has definitely stepped up his activity and keeps pushing the story along in his piloting of the Marines during the mission. As the mission progresses I look forward to seeing what he comes up with. Keep up the great work.
Air Medal Air Medal
Awarded Mon Jan 2nd, 2023 @ 11:59pm
Nominated by Commodore Tyler Malbrooke
A pilot is expected to fly a ship through space and do it well. However, they are not expected to fly a ship under water. Paul handled the curve ball of piloting a submarine with the aplomb we have come to expect from him. Much like the pilots we have come to see on the screen in Star Trek Paul is earning his place among their names.

Awarded Sat Nov 11th, 2023 @ 9:26pm
Nominated by Commodore Tyler Malbrooke
I have enjoyed watching the Lieutenant's family expand on the Pioneer. Very often an officer's family life is glossed over in Star Trek. That is why it is such a pleasure to get a glimpse of Paul's homelife in the stories. I look forward to seeing what is in store for this little family as the Pioneer continues through its missions and enters even more dire straights.

Five years you are officially part of the furniture lol. Thanks for sticking it out with this motley bunch. It has been a joy to watch this character grown, and to watch you grow as a writer. Here is to many many more years together.

The post titled "The Adventure Begins" stands out during this mission for me. If I am honest nothing major occurs there is no great revelation about a character. However, a simple look into what a crew talks about while approaching a station and vacation. What those expecting them talk about. There is a general happy feel about this post and that is something that after the last mission this ship sorely needed. I would like to commend everyone in this post for creating a great general Star Trek type post.
